The location of the hotel was ideal for us party people, as it was very near Carthalage Land water park and situated on a palm tree, lined promenade. We enjoyed the convenience of being right on the sea side and having easy access to the restaurant. the clean room and bathroom, along with the friendly service, made our stay somewhat enjoyable. the breakfast, although limited in choices, provided us with some sustenance before starting our party, filled days.
The lack of Wi, Fi, both in the rooms and in the lobby, was a major inconvenience for us party people who like to stay connected.

I didn't like the hotel at all it's a rip off and full of low class tunisian people! Don't ever throw your money for this hotel. Go for Sentido Phenicia instead.
We checked in at around 2 PM and the room was still not cleaned. We had to request 3 times from the reception to clean it and get us a thrid bed for the third person. The beach was soo dirty and the pool overcrowded with people mostly from outside of the hotel. The breakfast is very basic and doesn't taste good. If you have a car don't ever expect to find a parking for your car since the hotel don't offer any parking. The reception is awful, the hotel barely deserves a 2 stars honestly! I dont know from where did they get the 4 stars!!!

Carthageland Hammamet was located in the immediate surroundings. A good choice for exploring Hammamet. No complaints, we liked our stay.

The hotel offered excellent amenities including a fitness center and spa. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
The front desk staff seemed a bit disorganized and were slow to respond to requests. The elevators were often crowded and the wait time was longer than expected.

The hotel had a perfect beachfront location, allowing for easy access to the beautiful sea. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's quiet location was ideal, as it was situated near Carthage Land water park and the medina, providing ample opportunities for entertainment and shopping. The palm tree lined promenade offered a pleasant atmosphere for leisurely walks, with options for transportation such as Tuc Tucs, horse-drawn carriages, and a train.
Not obvious to find.
